Zahra Khairunnisa we will make cheese on saturday 21 October 2023. we went straight to the market to buy the ingredients needed to make mozzarella cheese here are the ingredients : • Chedar Cheese • Tapioca flour • Cornstarch • UHT Milk 450 ML • Lemons • Water tools used: • Stove • Wooden Spatula • Grate • Bowl • Spoon • Tea strainer • Pan • Cake Pan manufacturing stage: 1. Grate the cheese with a grater in a bowl 2. Mix tapioca flour with milk 3. Dissolve cornstarch with water 4. Heat the milk mixed with tapioca flour until it boils in a pan 5.
